Present - have
perfect - been
continuous -- verb+ing
structure : have / has + been + verb + ing
example
i have been waiting for you for two hours.

subject + auxiliary verb + auxiliary verb + main verb 
                   have              been              base + ing
                   has

ex-- i(subject) + have(auxiliary verb) + been(auxiliary verb) + talking(base+ing) + too much.
