the structures are as follow

s stands for subject
v stands for verb

simple present tense: am is are

simple continuous tense: s+am/is/are+v+ing

simple perfect:s+was/were+v+ing

simple p.c.t : s+have/has+been+v+ing

simple past: was/were

past continuous:s+was/were+v+ing

past perfect:s+had+past participle
