Sum is the principle in simple interest.
Principle=si*100/r*t

The sum in Simple interest is called 'Principal' also taken as 'P' .

The formula to find out 'P' is =


 \frac{si \times 100}{r \times t}
Where ,

SI = Simple Interest
R = Rate of Interest
T = Time
