Given,
a = -500
d = 1
an = l = 500
So,
an = a + (n-1)d
500 = -500 + (n-1) x 1
n-1 = 500+500
n-1 = 1000
n = 1000 + 1
n = 1001
Now, the sum of 1001 terms,
Sn = n/2 ( a + l )
Sn = 1001/2 ( 500-500)
Sn = 1001/2 (0)
Sn = 0
Sun the sum of all integers from -500 to 500 is 0

Hope it may help you
