Pretty much the same as the triangular prism, except different shapes of course! You can deconstruct it into one 11 x 43.98 (ish) rectangle, and 2 circles with a radius of 7. Once again, find the formulas of the shapes and add.

The formula for a rectangle is base x height, and the circle is πr²
