You asked for syllabus of AMU entrance test...

But you did not mention the class.....

By comments section, I got to know that you were asking for 9th class entrance test........

let me tell ........

AMU class IXth Entrance will be held in March.

In this test, students from all over India like UP, Bihar, WB, Kashmir, Kerala and other states.....
Last year, above 15000 students participated.

In all entrance tests of AMU, most questions are from NCERT book.

There will be 100 MCQs.
Distribution of marks is as follows :-

Maths ----- 35 Questions of 1 mark each.
Science ----- 35 Questions of 1 mark each.
English ----- 12 Questions of 1 mark each.
Urdu ----- 10 Questions of 1 mark each.
Hindi ----- 8 Questions of 1 mark each.

In Urdu, you have to do 4 questions correctly.
If you are unable to do four correct answers in Urdu, your copy will not be proceeded further.

Syllabus :- NCERT SCIENCE (CLASS 8)
NCERT MATHEMATICS (CLASS 8)
NCERT ENGLISH (CLASS 8)
NCERT URDU +APNI ZABAN+ (CLASS 8)
NCERT HINDI +VASANT BAHG 3+ (CLASS 8).

In Urdu, English and Hindi, most questions are grammar related. So you should study grammar of three Subjects + who is the writer of which subject.

For qualifiying the written exam, you have to score minimum of 75 marks, but after qualifying in written test.
You will have to face Interview.

After you qualify the interview, you will become an Alig.
