by applying  P₁V₁/T₁ = P₂V₂/T₂
let P₂ = P and V1 = V
P₂ = 3P/4
V₂= V + V*40/100
V₂ = 7V/5
T₁ = 273-10 = 263K
T₂ = ? we have to find
P*V/263 = (3P/4)(7V/5)/T2
T₂ = 21*263/20
T₂ = 276.15
t₂ = 276.15-273
= 3.15°c
