Earth is known to have approximately 1021 kg of liquid water on its surface. Europa can have up to two or three times that much. Enceladus may have a few orders of magnitude less. Let's be generous and assume that a lot of other icy bodies like Ganymede have subsurface water oceans and that the Solar System totals around 1022 kg of liquid water. This is still only a hundred millionth of the mass of the Solar System as a whole.
