Depends on the nature of numbers we are using to count.

counting latitudes in Whole number than there are exactly 181 latutides from equator to north pole and south pole together.

However,

If we count them in real numbers, which includes fractions and decimals than they are uncountable (though not infinite).

example .

singapore is at 1.3521°N (decimal number) and Derry in U.K is exactly at 55°N(whole number).

similarly for Longitudes.

In whole numbers they are 360 i.e 180° East and 180° West from GMT.

In real numbers they are also uncountable.
