What is the upper limit of weight that a strong man of mass 80 kg can lift as shown in figure

The man weighing 80 kg can lift as much weight as equal to his weight.

The conditions essential to it being that his feet do not stay strapped to the ground and secondly the pulley is strong enough to support the lifting and does not break.
