Hey mate!

Many musical instruments create sounds through by means of air pressure.

Since air chambers are provided for storage of air at an almost constant pressure, there are air chambers in some musical instruments, to create different types of sounds.

Air chambers are mostly found in wind instruments such as -flute, trumpet, harmonium etc.
