When u make a presentation that is too long ( 3 - 4 slides or more ).. It would be difficult for u to find any word to make any correction...

During this time u can type the word that u need to correct in the box of find and the word u wanna replace woth in the replace with box...

So find and replace option helps u to find or replace any word with other word in a long presentation..
