Yoga is a mind and body practice. Yoga makes us fit for everything. It is very relaxing and takes good care of our health. After doing yoga we will feel or have some inner peace. Yoga is also one of the best ways to calm a disturbed mind. You will even have a better flexibility and posture. It is a continuous process. You have to experience yoga yourself. If our mind is disturbed or u have some tension or something, then meditation is the best for you. So in all ways yoga is the best both for your inner and outer body.
