then using section formula

p=m+16m+1−−−(1)    and   −1=m+12m−3−−−(2)

Form equation (2) 

−m−1=2m−3

⇒3m=2

⇒m=32

We know that P divides the line segment in 2:3.

now form eq (1)

p=m+16m+1=32+16×
