NaOH acts as one of the strong bases and can completely dissociate into OH- and Na+. So 0.01 M OH- can be obtained.
This does not reveal the concentration in any manner.
The pH + pOH = 14 equivalent to –log and means -log[H+].
Mathematically deriving, pOH = -log 0.01M OH-.pOH = 2. pH + 2 = 14. pH = 12.
