\textbf{\huge{\underline{ Hello Mate! }}}

Here, value of x = - 1 / 2

f(x)  =  p {x}^{2}  - 4px + 3 \\ f( \frac{1}{2} ) = p( { \frac{1}{2}) }^{2}  - 4p \times  \frac{1}{2}  + 3

Since x + 1 / 2 is factor so \textsf{\red{  final value of x will be "0" }}

0 =  \frac{1}{4} p - 2p + 3 \\ 0 =  \frac{1p - 8p}{4}  + 3 \\ 0 =  \frac{7p}{4}  + 3 \\  - 3 =  \frac{7p}{4}  \\  - 3 \times   \frac{4}{7} = p \: and \: p =  -  \frac{12}{7}

\textbf{ Have great future ahead! }
