p(x)=px^3+16x^2+8x-32
x+2=0
x=-2
p(-2)=p(-2)^3+16*-2^2+8*-2-32
=-p8+16
-p8=-16
p8=16
p=16/8
p=2
So if you will put value of p as 2 you will get remainder 0 .
