What is the value of poverty line in India (per month)? Is it sufficient for a person to raise its family? Why?

It is rs.972 in rural areas and rs.1407 in urban areas. it is not sufficient for a person to raise its family because of the high prices of daily commodities

According to the 2011 Census, nearly 22 per cent of India's population is poor. Jaitley “assumed” that this rate was already 17 per cent in 2019. In 2004-05, this was 37 per cent. The poverty line for the 2011 figure was Rs 816/capita/month (for rural) expenditure.
