What is the value of the constant on the right hand side of Bernoulli equation?

used that constant in solving problems. In the questions in my book, I just equate 

P1+12pv21+pgh1P1+12pv12+pgh1 to P2+12pv22+pgh2P2+12pv22+pgh2 to get the unknowns. But what is the value of the constant P+pgh+12pv2P+pgh+12pv2.

Is it a universal constant for ideal fluids or does it depend on something like dimensions of the tube or velocity of the liquid or nature of the liquid,etc?
