The answer will be 200 because putting the value of y we get 1/5x - 10 = 30
sending 10 that side we get 1/5x = 40
sending 1/5 that side we get 200

when the vale of y = 15
then the equation
1/5x-2/3y= 30
1/5x-2/3×15= 30
1/5x -10= 30
1/5x= 30+10
1/5x = 40
x = 200
