1/5x-2/3y=30

It is given that y=15

Substituting the value of y in the equation,

⇒1/5x-2/3(15)=30

⇒1/5x-10=30

⇒1/5x=30+10

⇒1/5x=40

⇒x=40×5

x=200

Answer: 1/5x-2/3(15)=30

1/5x-2×5=30

1/5x-10=30

1/5x= 30+10

1/5x=40

x=40×5

x=200

verify:

1/5(200)-2/3(15)=30

40-10=30

30=30

i hope this helps you
