density = mass/volume
density = 13.6 or 136/10 g/cm³
mass = 1kg or 1000g
therefore, let volume be = x cm³
so, the equation will be :-
=> 136/10 = 1000/x
=> 136x = 10000
=> x = 10000/136
=> x = 73.53 cm³ ( approx )
