Let volume of water to be added = V mL

initial volume of solution = 200mL

initial molarity of H2SO4 solution = 18M

final molarity of H2SO4 solution = 1.8M

we know a concept “ if we add water in solution only concentration change but number of mole of solute remains constant.

so using formula,

M_1V_1=M_2V_2

here, M_1 = 18M, V_1=200mL , M_2 = 1.8M and V_2=(V+200)mL

so, 18 × 200 = 1.8(200 + V)

or, 2000 = 200 + V

or, V = 1800 mL

hence volume of water to be added is 1800mL.
