What is the wall in gulli danda

The batsman tries to hit the gilli with the danda twice -- once to lift it off the ground and once to hit it as far as possible. If he is successful, the fielding team tries to catch the gilli before it touches the ground. If they succeed, the batsman is out and the next player comes in to bat.
