The wavelength is given as

1/wavelength = Rh(1/n1^2-1/n2^2)
• Rh = 1.09678×10^7
= 1.09678×10^7×(1/2^2-1/4^2)
1/wavelength =20.56×10^5
Taking Reciprocal

Wavelength = 4.86×10^-7m
