the work of defence lawyer is to defend the person who has not done crime and to prove that he has not done the crime. the work of police is to arrest criminal and bring him safely to the court and the prosecutor is the another lawyer who defend another person who has apposed.and the work of judge is to understand the case properly and see the evidence and give the judgement faithfully.
