Given mass = 1500kg.
Given u = 30km/hr
= 30 * (5/18)
= 25/3
Given v = 60km/hr
= 60 * (5/18)
= 50/3
We know that Work done = 1/2 * m(v^2 - u^2)
= 0.5 * 1500 * (2500/9 - 625/9)
= 0.5 * 1500 * 208.333
= 156250 J
= 156.25KJ.
Hope this helps!
