Examples of plant tissues: Meristematic tissue (Apical meristem, Intercalary meristem, Lateral meristem), Permanent tissues (Parenchyma, Collenchyma and Sclerenchyma) etc. Examples of animal tissues: Epithelial tissue, Connective tissue, Muscular tissue, Nervous tissue.
