Tissues are a cluster of similar cells that come together as a group and perform the same function.

There are 4 types of cells: epithelial tissues - outer protective layer of the body, connective tissues -

joining tissues of spereate organs and limbs,

muscle tissues - for voluntary and involuntary movement,

nerve tissues - for carrying electrical and chemical signals and impulse.

A tissue is a group of one or more types of cell having a similar origin and specialised for specific function .

\textbf{Types of tissues}

1) Epithelial tissues .

They are divided into two types :

➡️Simple Epithelium tissue

It is further divided into 5 types:

1)squamous epithelium

2)cuboidal epithelium

3)columnar epithelium

4)ciliated epithelium

5)Pseudostratified epithelium

➡️ Compound Epithelium tissue

It is further divided into five types:

1)stratified squamous keratinized epithelium

2)stratified squamous non keratinized epithelium

3)stratified cuboidal epithelium

4)stratified columnar epithelium

5)stratified columnar ciliated epithelium

2) Connective Tissue

on the basis of types of cell and fibrous it is divided into three types connective tissue proper ,skeletal tissue and vascular tissue

▶️ Connective tissue proper

It is further divided into following parts

1)dense fibrous tissue

2)adipose tissue

3) reticulate tissue

4)mucous tissue

5) Areolar tissue

▶️ Skeletal tissue

1) Cartilage 2) Bones

▶️ Vascular tissue

3) Muscular Tissue

It is divided into three types

1)straited muscular tissue

2) smooth muscular tissue

3)cardiac muscle tissue

4) Nervous Tissue

Thanks

Have a colossal day ahead
