what is titli flood in orrisa in detail

'Titli' is not a flood.... its a tropical cyclone which struck Odisha last night and cause devastating damage, destroying trees, houses, etc. and also providing people with a nice holiday.

Titli is not flood. It is a cyclone. Cyclone 'Titli' has been upgraded to 'very severe cyclonic storm' and was expected to make a landfall at 5.30 am today. It has made some divastation in parts of south Odisha till now. More information is awaited.
