total internal reflection==== complete reflection of light ray reaching interface with less dense medium when angle of incidence exceeds critical angle

When light travels from optically denser medium to optically rarer medium,

It bends away from the normal.

At a certain angle of Incidence, called the Critical Angle, angle of refraction is 90 degrees.

When angle of Incidence is more than the Critical Angle, light bounces back in the same medium instead of refracting.

This phenomenon is called Total Internal Reflection.....
