1. If you know the atomic number,there are few elements like oxygen,nitrogen etc for which atomic number times two give you their mass

2. For some , you need to add one to resulting product

3. While learning the mass,try to remember these points

4. There is no need of remembrance of masses of all the elements…..elements upto calcium will be enough…..
