trypsin and chymotrypsin are active form of trypsinogen and chymotrypsinogen proenzymes secreted by pancreas. trypsinogen is converted into trypsin by enterokinase(intestinal juice) and trypsin converts chymotrypsinogen  into chymotrypsin. trypsin and chymotrypsin converts proteins into large peptides
