》A tumour i.e. neoplasm is an abnormal mass of tissue, which may be solid or Fluid-filled.

》A tumour doesn't mean a cancer-tumours can be benign, pre-malignant or malignant.

》Neuplasm is a is the uncontrolled growth of cells or tissues in the body and the abnormal growth itself is called a neoplasm i.e. tumour.
