I guess you need the critical angle of glass and water. Well, taking the approximation it is 61°-62°.
Given that RI of glass= 1.5
RI of water = 1.33

Relative RI of glass and air =1.5/1.33
1.13
Now, for critical angle we have:
sinC = 1/1.13
Here C = arcsin 1/1.13
(note : arcsin means inverse of function 'sin')
The value of C comes out to be 62° (approx).

You can find value using trigonometric tables or special trigonometric calculators.
Hope you would benefit from answer.
