velocity - the rate of covering the displacement is called velocity.
velocity= displacement covered/ time taken
s/t
acceleration- the rate of change in velocity is called acceleration.
acceleration= change in velocity/ time taken
v-u /t

hope it is helpful plz mark as brainliest

Velocity: Rate of change of displacement.
v = dx/dt
It is vector quantity. It has both magnitude and direction. It can be sometimes equal to speed.

Acceleration: Rate of change of velocity.
a = dv/dt = d²x/dt² = vdv/dx
It is also vector. It has both magnitude and direction.
