virus are example of microorganism which is a controversy because it acts as living if it is inside the host cell but it acts as non-living if it is outside the host cell
it has one of the most simplest structure because it has only one small segment of genetic whether it is RNA or DNA and whole thing is just covered by proteinase capsul

it works as
virus get inside the host cell and capture the host's cell qnd ruptures it's capsule and transfer it genetic material into host's cell...and further it's genetic material takes over the the host's genetic material and get itself in division rapidly
