Many Rajput rulers had joined the Mughals volunrarily. Many of them had recieved high positions. After they accepted Mughal authority, their jagirs were returned to them, which were called watan jagir

- Rajput kings who mainly belong to Amber and jodhpur had served extremely well under the Mughals.
- Watan jagirs mean regions or provenance. In these watan jagirs, Rajput king could rule freely.
- They were the king of 18th century. These kings try to extend their control over nearest areas.
