when water from the sea gets evaporated by the suns heat, it forms water vapour which form clouds. this is called evaporation. the small minute water droplets present in the clouds then cool down and form drops of water.this is called condensation when the clouds cannot bear the weight of the water, they come down in the form of rain. this is called precipitation. this process is known as the water cycle.
