Working capital is the money or material available to fund an organisations's or company's or a producer or business person's day-to-day operations and work.
With regard to farmer, the working capital include use of seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, wages or labor etc. The farmer uses this working capital for the whole year. If the farmer has higher working capital, he could invest more on farming and would yield higher production.
