Yeasts are eukaryotic single-celled microorganisms classified as members of the fungus kingdom. Yeast is a microscopic fungus consisting of single oval cells that reproduce by budding, and capable of converting sugar into alcohol and carbon dioxide.

Decomposers are organisms that break down dead or decaying organisms, this process is called decomposition. Ex: Bacteria, Fungi.

Answer:

Decomposers feed on dead things: dead plant materials such as leaf litter and wood, animal carcasses, and feces. They perform a valuable service as Earth's cleanup crew. Without decomposers, dead leaves, dead insects, and dead animals would pile up everywhere.Jan 8, 2020
