5.be conscious
6.for 2 wheelers, place

7.keep license etc with you
8.dont allow the kids to go to drivers place
9.if you are a learner,place 'L' mark on back of your vehicle

The first and the foremost is the authenticity of their skill , whether they are perfect in it or not.
They must wear all safety equipment and must have a licence.

The 2nd is to change their habbits of drunken driving or talking on phones, and to follow all the traffic rules.
