Explanation:

It's a mixture of two or more pure substances or dyes . The various components of the ink can be separated with the help of paper chromatography.

Although pure substances can occur in mixtures, they can be separated easily, and one component does not affect the physical or chemical properties of the other. Ink is an example. It is a combination of water and dyes. Water is a pure matter while the dyes could be either natural or man-made.

Hope this helps mate ☺️.

Answer:

Answer: A pure substance is made of constituent particles that are the same in their chemical structure whereas mixtures consist of more of more than one kind of pure form of matter. Thus, ink is a mixture since it is made of two substances i.e. water (solute) and dye (solvent).
