My formula to keep good health is get up early in the morning.
Drink a glass of water.
Doing exercise for an hour like running, jogging, walking, meditating, and having healthy and rich breakfast.
I take my food timely and drink lots of water. I do not eat junk and fast food.
I eat fruits and healthy food to keep good health.
