the instructions that we have read in the passage can be useful in formal dinner in the west but not in India, however it is funny at home when such formalities are not necessary.I like dinning in a way that we Indian's follow serving the food in an Banana leaf,well that is the way that I follow table manners to a certain extent while doing away with more fussy instructions like,eating from the outside in.
