My weakest link is power/speed, but I'm not training for speed.
I have been working on my flexibility for the past 18 months, since I noticed it was suffering due to my strength training. My trainer helps me stretch 3 days/wk, and I also stretch every morning and after every cardio workout on my own.
I have a bosu ball to work on balance, and highly recommend it.
