ISOLATED STATE .

Jisme duniya ki kisi bhi bato se mind ko koi lena dena ni h, jo vo krna chahta h vo krke hi rhega chahe kuchh bhi ho ..

I guess that zero state of mind means that you have no control over your mind and it keeps going in a direction you don't want to go. It's as if your mind has gone out of control. It can also mean a lack of common sense.

Well, this is my opinion. I'm not really sure about that..
