ozymandias should have been a cruel king .
his frwoning face shows it.moreover,his words "i am ozymandias .king of kings.look at my works ye mighty" shows his pride .he must have traded and defeated many kings and got victory everytime. he must have considerd victory more than the comfort of his people.
