Generally the wastes are called industrial wastes (biomedical wastes) and they are disposed to neighbouring river bodies.

Here is your answer....

Construction industries includes building materials such as insulation, nails, electrical wiring, shingle, and roofing as well as waste originating from site preparation such as dredging materials, tree stumps, and rubble. Construction waste may contain lead, asbestos, or other hazardous substances.

Construction industries Dispose of any remaining solid hazardous waste into or on the ground at an acceptable facility. The majority of solid waste is disposed of in a landfill, waste pile, surface impoundment or land treatment unit. ... Dispose of your liquid hazardous waste in an underground injection well.

Hope it helps you.
