What kinds of machineries have been recommended by PAU in the Agro- processing complexes?

Argo-Processing Centre is based on the concept to process the agricultural product grains at village itself to phenomenally upgrade income of the farmers.
These complexes comprise of two or more number of machineries to carry out processing at village level.
Recommendation of PAU:
The machinery in the established APC as advised by PAU includes:
1)One baby oil expeller with filtration system (60 kg/h),
2)One small,
3)One big Atta chakki,
4)dana chakki/dalia making machine of 150 kg/h capacity,
5)flour mill ,700 kg/h capacity
6)One grinder of 50 kg/h.
7)The project was completed within six months.
Thus, with an investment of about Rs.15.00/- lakh a monthly profit of about Rs 86,000/- was recorded along with employment of six persons.
His processed products include wheat flour, filtered oil, dalia, grinded turmeric, besan and garam masala etc.
The plant is running quite successfully and had shown high degree of satisfaction. It is covering almost 15 villages for processing of agro-based products. .
A desired covered space of approx. 200-300 sq. yard is required for the installation of all these machines.
These has been found to be techno economically viable and were acceptable by the consumers.
